Examples:
Jog in place
Run in place
Toe touches
Jumping jacks
Arm circles
Knee lifts
Toe raises
Kicks to the front
Scissors kicks (feet apart and criss-cross in front & back)
Jump up, touch the ground

Divide students into groups of 4-6 and place a group at the end of each spoke. When the music starts the students at each of the spokes should begin doing the exercise pictured.

When the music stops have students move clockwise to the next spoke. For added fitness have the students use a designated locomotor skill (walking, running, hopping, skipping, jumping, galloping, leaping and sliding) to move to the next spoke. Have students spend 60-90 seconds at each spoke of the wheel.
